Our development team identified that the issue was due to an authentication token that is needed to auto-login to the cPanel dashboard. The authentication token was not being generated as there were multiple pending connections on this service. The backlog was cleared post which the service was back-up.
You should now be able to access the cPanel for Cloud Hosting packages from the Control Panel seamlessly.
We are currently facing issues while trying to auto-login the cPanel for Cloud Hosting packages.
The concerned team has been notified about this issue and they are currently working on it to get it resolved at the earliest.
