Our Helpdesk app is now up and running and our customers will now be able to connect with us via Live Chat.
The issue occurred due to a database connectivity issue which our system admins have now fixed and still monitoring to ensure proper connectivity.

We are currently facing some technical issues with our Live Chat Helpdesk connectivity.
Clients may not be able to connect with us via Helpdesk Live Chat.
In the meanwhile, you can submit your cases via the Helpdesk app and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our senior admins are already on the task and are trying to fix this issue on priority. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
