Intermittent connectivity issue with .EU Registry

Opened on June 24th, 2021 7:32 am GMT, last updated June 24th, 2021 12:07 pm GMT

Resolved

Our development team has altered the code to accommodate the new change in timestamp format and the code is now live. All stuck .EU renewals have executed successfully. Also, all .EU renewals placed hereafter should execute seamlessly.

You may reach out to the support team in case of any concerns. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Identified

Our development team has confirmed that we are facing issues with .EU renewals where the renewal actions placed on the .EU Domains are getting processed at the Registry but stuck on our Orderbox platform.

We have identified that the timestamp format has been modified at the registry. We are altering our code to accommodate the modification to the format post which the stuck renewals should execute successfully.

We will update this post once the code is live.

Please reach out to the support team for any concerns you may have.

Investigating

We are currently facing connectivity issues with the .EU Registry. Due to this, you may not be able to complete the renewal action that requires a Registry connection. The renewals which are already placed are queued.

Please note that this will have no impact on the resolution/working of your already registered domain names.

We are working with the Registry to get this issue resolved at the earliest.

Until then, your patience is appreciated.
