Issue with Supersite

We observed an attack on some of our Supersite IP addresses due to which we faced issues while accessing the Supersites and overall responsiveness of the Orderbox Control panel.

Our System Administration team quickly contained the attack by placing the affected IP addresses under Neustar mitigation. The system is now stable and the attack vector has reduced since we put the IPs under mitigation.

Affected IP addresses: 209.99.17.71 and 209.99.17.70

We are currently encountering an issue with our SuperSite servers, due to which you may face intermittent error messages while accessing the Supersite.

Our System Admin team is already working on this, and efforts are ongoing to resolve the issue at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
