Issue with Renewal Button in Control Panel

The issue with the renewal modal window not being displayed upon clicking the Renew button has been resolved.

A recent code upload had to be reverted to fix this issue. Our development team has identified the code that led to configuration changes and has put additional checks in place to avoid disruption of services due to any future code upload. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are facing an intermittent issue with the renewal of orders where clicking on the renew button resolves to a blank section.

Our development team is currently working on it to get it resolved at the earliest.
