Intermittent issue with SSL Activation

Sectigo has informed us that their Certificate issuance backlog has cleared and is functioning as expected.

All backlog orders are now provisioning and SSL Certificate related services are operational.

You should now be able to issue and manage your SSL certificates seamlessly from the control panel.

Sectigo has informed us that they are currently experiencing technical issues with their systems due to which SSL certificates are not being issued in a timely manner.

They are currently working on resolving this at their end after which SSL certificates should be issued without any delays.

We shall continue posting updates as soon as we have more details available.

We are facing intermittent issues with the SSL activation process in our Control Panel. The verification shows that it is completed at Sectigo, but the order is still inactive on our Orderbox.

Our development team is currently working on it to get it resolved at the earliest.
