We have taken 3 servers bh-47.webhostbox.net, bh-20webhostbox.net, and bh-61.webhostbox.net as the first batch & migration of accounts on these servers are in progress. There will be a downtime of 1 hour for the servers during the final stage of migration. The other servers in the list will be handled once the aforementioned boxes have been cut over to the new hardware node.

We will keep monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on any further progress on the issue.

Over the last few days, a few of our Linux Reseller Hosting boxes have been showing signs of slowness and intermittent network connectivity. Our teams have been working actively towards a solution, and we have found one. The basic issue is the over utilisation of some of the resources on these servers, and as a permanent fix, we will be migrating all the impacted accounts to a new server with better resources.

Since the volume of data to be migrated is huge, the entire end to end migration will take about 2-3 days. Till the migration is complete, you might face intermittent connectivity issues while accessing the services hosted on the servers. However, we are confident that you will experience much better performance after this fix. We are also ensuring that this unfortunate experience does not repeat in the future.

2. Sending or Receiving Emails.

6. Slow loading websites.
