The issue has been fixed by our System administration team and the SSL certificates will auto-renew now.
Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the servers to avoid any further issues.

Investigating
We are currently facing issues with a few of our Linux Hosting servers.
The automatic renewal of SSL certificates is currently failing.
Existing SSL certificates won't face any issues.
We have reported this issue to the respective team and they are working to get the issue fixed on priority.
