Our product development team identified an issue with the configuration at the back-end and they have fixed it.
The annual renewals for Google Workspace orders should now go through successfully.

Investigating
We are currently facing issues with the annual renewal of Google Workspace plans. The action will go through but the renewal gets stuck at the backend with an error status pending.
There was a platform-wide modification done at the backend for Google Workspace orders, our product development team is working on this issue on a priority basis. The modification will require some time to be published, until then please place renewal actions for 1 month only.
