We were observing load on our OrderBox Servers due to which you were facing an issue while accessing the Control Panel and API.
This was caused due to a network blip within the communication between Orderbox and Webnodes the connection had dropped for that span of time.
Our System Administration team has worked towards stabilizing the load and the services are now working fine.
We are closely monitoring the services to ensure there is no further disruption of services.
Our System Administration team has observed load on our application servers and they have taken measures to get the services back up. The services are back up now, however, we continue to monitor the services. Once the investigation is complete we should be able to share more details on the root cause.
We are currently facing issues with OrderBox causing intermittent issues while accessing the control Panel, making API calls & managing orders.
Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
