The issue has been fixed by our System administration team and the services of emails are now up and running.
Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the servers to avoid any further downtime.

Investigating
We are currently facing issues with receiving emails for a few of our Linux Hosting servers. However, you will be able to send out emails successfully.
Our system administration team is already looking into the problem. We shall keep you updated with the issue details as soon as we complete our initial investigation.
