Issue on Pay.pw Payment Gateway

The issue is resolved by the concerned team. You can now use Pay.pw payment gateway to make payments or add funds using credit or debit card.

We are facing an issue with Credit/Debit card transactions done through Pay.pw payment gateway. The transactions are failing due to an issue in connecting to our upstream provider's server. This impacts transactions originating out of India. 

You may face errors while making payments or adding funds. Hence, we request you to use an alternate mode of payment if you are unable to transact using this payment gateway.

Our Billing team is already looking into the problem. We will keep you updated with the issue details as soon as we complete our initial investigation.
