SSL Certificate Enrollment issue

Our development team has replaced the expired SSL certificates with the new SSL certificates on our server and the encrypted connection has been restored successfully.


You should now be able to enroll/manage the certificates without any issues.

Identified

We have realized that the SSL used to encrypt our connections with the SSL Provider has expired and thus, we are unable to connect with their platform, and thus, order specific actions are failing. We are working with the provider to install a new SSL and restore our connections. We estimate the connections to be restored today.


We will keep updating this thread with relevant information.

Investigating

We are currently facing issues while enrolling SSL certificate orders. During the certificate enrollment process you may encounter the following error:


Error: Oops something went wrong. Please try again. OR Unable to fetch certificate.


Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
