Connectivity issues with .com and .com.co TLDs has now been resolved.
All the stuck actions for domain name registration, renewal, nameserver modification, and transfers have been processed successfully.
This issue currently has been fixed.

We are currently facing connectivity issues with .com and .com.co TLDs. Due to this, you may not be able to complete actions that require registry connections such as domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
Please note that this will have no impact on the resolution/working of your already registered domain names.
Our product development team is already looking into the problem. We will keep you updated with the issue details as soon as we complete our initial investigation.
