Intermittent issue with Product Bundle orders getting stuck

Resolved

We were facing an issue with respect to the allocation of IP addresses (Hosting) for Combo plans due to which the order provisioning was stuck. 

Our development team have allocated the IP address to a specific subnet and the stuck orders were provisioned for the affected servers.


Though the service is back up we are monitoring the same to ensure the issue does not recur.

Investigating

We are currently facing an issue with Product Bundle orders due to which the new orders added are getting stuck.


Our Product Development team has been notified and they are currently investigating the issue on priority.
