The issue with the enrollment of SSL certificates has now been fixed.
You should now be able to enroll/manage the certificates without any issues.
We have identified that the issue was caused due to some problems with the CSR used for the certificate installed at the back-end. A new certificate with the correct CSR details has been generated and we are updating it on our servers.
Our developers are currently working on it and they should be able to resolve this in the next 4-5 hours.

We are facing an issue with regards to the enrollment of SSL certificates while submitting the CSR(Certificate Signing Request).
The error faced while submitting the CSR is as follows:
“Oops something went wrong. Please try again.”
