The issue has now been resolved and all the services hosted on these servers are currently functional.

Monitoring
The issue has been fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running. Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the servers to avoid any further downtime.

Investigating
We are currently facing issues on one of our Shared Linux Hosting Server because of which the email, web, and database services hosted on the servers are facing issues.
You may encounter either the following errors
1. Access denied for user ‘xxxxx_user'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
2. mysqli_connect(): (HY000/1040): Too many connections
Our System Administration team is already looking into the problem. We will keep you updated with the issue details as soon as we complete our initial investigation.
