We have received the registered entity ID and have forwarded the details to our Vendors, however, we are yet to receive an update regarding the activation of these ID's from them.
As a temporary fix, we have disabled SMS-based 2-Factor Authentication for all Indian reseller and Customer accounts that had this option enabled on their accounts. Once the entity ID is activated we will re-enable this feature and the accounts can be accessed using the 2-Factor Authentication Code.

The Registration process is ongoing and owing to its complexity will take us a couple of days. We are working with our Vendor to try and complete the process as quickly as possible before we can move towards implementing the new change in our system.

As per the update from our Vendor, we have already started the necessary Registration process. Once done, the changes will be implemented in the Production environment and the issue should be fixed. This might take a couple of more days looking at the entire complexity of the Registration process and documentation surrounding it.

We have contacted the service provider and they have suggested some changes based on the new TRAI regulations. Our development team is currently working on this implementation and changes will be live soon.

We are facing intermittent issues with one of our 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) service providers due to which resellers/customers who have enabled 2 Factor authentication may face issues while logging into their control panel.
