Intermittent issue on ExpressCart/Supersite purchase checkout flow

Resolved

We have identified the root cause of the issue. We suspect that the issue was caused due to a code push done today. 


We have rolled back the code and the issue has been fixed now. Ideally, you should now be able to purchase products in an existing customer account via the SuperSite and Express Cart without any issues.


The issue now stands resolved.

Investigating

We are facing an intermittent issue on our Supersite servers. Due to this, you may not be able to purchase products in an existing customer account. The issue has affected the normal purchase checkout flow. We are getting this checked with our Senior Product Development Team and our System Admins.


We highly regret this inconvenience caused to you. In the meantime, you can place your order via API.
