As per the latest update from our server administration team, a patch has been applied for cPanel for all the affected servers and the issue with Roundcube webmail is now resolved.
The team is currently monitoring the affected servers that have been patched to ensure the issue does not recur.
The Cpanel had released a patch in the latest update to fix the issue we are facing with the Roundcube. We are already in the process of applying this patch on our shared servers. We will update the status of the process as soon as the patch is applied on all the servers.
Our server administration team is working with the cPanel team to get the issue resolved at the earliest.

We are currently facing issue on our Shared Hosting Servers because of which the webmail ( Roundcube interface ) is showing Internal Server Error when the refresh button is clicked

As a temporary workaround, we would suggest you use Horde webmail or any other email client for email functionality
