Issue on Supersite and Expresscart

On investigating further our system administration team noticed that one of the agents in the Supersite cluster went down, which caused an issue with Memcache service.

As the agent went down, we faced the issue with the application that connects to the Memcache servers.

The system administration team then made necessary changes to bring back the deployments. Once this was completed the Supersite functionality was restored.

The issue now stands resolved.

Investigating

We are currently encountering an issue with our SuperSite servers, due to which you may face intermittent error messages while accessing the Supersite directly, or while trying to access by clicking on 'Buy' button, etc


Our System Admin team is already working on this, and efforts are ongoing to resolve the issue at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
