The Plesk upgrade has been completed successfully on the server plesk-web1.webhostbox.net. The Plesk Panel and Horde webmail interface are accessible now.

Investigating
The Plesk upgrade on the server plesk-web1.webhostbox.net is taking more time than expected. We encountered a few issues while upgrading the Plesk version on the server. As part of the same, the Plesk Panel and Horde webmail interface will be down during the maintenance window. We will keep this thread updated with progress.
