The System Administration team performed a change to add new Nginx plus server which caused the issue. The teams had to manually restart firewall for the servers to apply the new proxy servers post which the services were back online.

We are facing issues on multiple shared hosting servers, cPanel/WHM and the websites hosted on the server are not accessible at the moment or you may face a 504 error
