The issue with check availability for domain names has been resolved.
This was caused due to the cache reload function which was failing intermittently which resulted in the old cache getting expired.
The development team manually reloaded the data back to the server which was required for the check availability functionality to work. Once this was completed the check availability functionality was restored.
We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with domain check availability service on Orderbox for most TLDs.
Any check availability calls made via API or Supersite would either not respond or may yield an error message. Supersite would show the search results as unavailable and API would return an unknown error.
Our development team is currently investigating this issue to get the service back up at the earliest.
