This issue has been identified and resolved by our server administration team.
As per the analysis, the webmail login issue occurred due to corrupt dovecot login instances which were consuming all of the server resources.

Monitoring
The webmail login issue has now been resolved.
We shall continue monitoring the server for the next few hours to ensure that there are no further problems.
We will keep you updated with the RCA (Root cause analysis) of the issue at the earliest.

Investigating
We are currently facing an issue with the webmail interface for our Business Email Orders,
Clients may encounter the following error:
“An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (LGI-0003)” while opening their account via webmail interface or while connecting through their email clients.
