Unable to register domains

On further investigation our Development team found out that the CentrailNic Registry was returning Socket Timeout error and hence the registrations actions were failing with the error "Error during adding contact".

CentralNic Registry has also confirmed that multiple Registrars were complaining about the same and the issue has been escalated at their end.

Though we are yet to hear back from them, the issue looks to be resolved as the Domain Registration actions are now going through without any issues.

We are currently facing issues where you may encounter an error while registering domains from Supersite or using API calls.

Error: Error during adding contact.

Due to this, you may not be able to complete actions like registrations.

Please note that this will have no impact on the resolution/working of your already registered domain names.

We are working with the concerned team to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
