We have identified that the issue with accessing the DNS Management portal was seen as the corresponding process couldn't allocate required memory for its use.
We will be starting work on allotting more memory for the processes that call the DNS resources in real time to ensure that the issue does not resurface.
We restarted the DNS instance on our servers which has fixed the issue. The DNS Management panel is now accessible for all.
We are monitoring services and will update this thread with more information once a detailed Root Cause Analysis is available to us.
We are facing issues with the Manage DNS section where we are intermittently unable to manage DNS records.
This error is received while accessing the Manage DNS section from within the control panel.
Error: 500 Servlet Exception
Resolution of domains using OrderBox Name Servers will not be affected, however, you will not be able to currently add/modify DNS records.
Our system administration is investigating this issue and shall update this thread once we have more details on this.
