G-Suite Issue with admin account set up & purchase

We have received a confirmation from Google that the code changes have been rolled back completely post which we observe that all the stuck actions in our system have cleared.


You should ideally no longer face any issues while creating the Admin account for your G Suite order.

Identified

We have identified that G-Suite Admin account setups are failing because of a code issue at Google's end which started causing this error.


Google has acknowledged this and has started the rollback from their side. We expect all the stuck actions to get fixed soon once the code rollback has completed.


We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.

Identified

We observe that this issue is primarily affecting Admin account creations for customers belonging to India. Upon investigating this further, our development team identified that this is happening due to a recent code modification at our end because of which, the Admin accounts being created were not being mapped correctly to our reseller account with Google.


The development team is currently working on fixing this bug to resolve the issue. We shall update this thread as soon as we have more details available regarding this.

Investigating

We have identified that some of the transferred G-Suite orders are encountering an issue with the Admin account set up. The purchase/transfer of a new G-Suite order also may throw a similar error.

Our product development team is now checking and getting the issue fixed as soon as possible. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
