On investigating further we identified that a recent code change done at our end caused this issue of control panel not resolving intermittently in a couple of geo-locations. The development Team has reverted the code change post which the issue has been resolved.
We shall diligently review this code before pushing it into production again.

We are currently experiencing intermittent login issues while accessing the Order box control panel. You may encounter the error message
“[t1] Error Message: An unexpected error has occurred - please re-try the action."
Our System Administration team has been alerted of this issue and is already working towards resolving it at the earliest.
