We have identified an issue with the Supersite Server Cache, where the cache is not being rebuilt automatically after enabling a new product/service or updating pricing. As a result of this, you may encounter the error “An error occurred while processing your request”.
As a temporary measure, we request you to kindly reload the cache for your Reseller account from the Supersite Admin Panel/Customization panel to mitigate the issue. The product development team is working on deploying a permanent fix and final testing is being carried out to ensure that the fix is stable.
Please reach out to the support team if you continue facing the error despite the above measure.
