The database cluster resize is complete. Services are up are running. The issue has been resolved.
We are currently facing an issue with our Database back-end that connects to AWS. The Database Administration Team is currently coordinating with AWS Support to get this fixed at the earliest.
Based on the initial recommendation from AWS Support we have initiated a Database Cluster resize. We expect this exercise to complete within the next 2 hours.
Due to this, you may encounter the following error while trying to access 'https://securecert.myorderbox.com/':

Please note that this issue is only limited to 'https://securecert.myorderbox.com/' and all other services related to OrderBox are currently functioning seamlessly.
We will update this post with more information as and when additional details are available to us.
