Monitoring
The AutoSSL issue has been fixed. You should be able to install or renew the SSL certificates now.
We are still monitoring it to avoid any further issues.

Identified
We have identified that the issue is due to the maintenance scheduled at the autossl service provider's end - Let's Encrypt. The maintenance window is scheduled as follows:
Start Time: June 9, 2020, 17:00 UTC
End Time: June 10, 2020, 17:00 UTC
For more updates, you can refer to Let's Encrypt's website - https://letsencrypt.status.io/
Once the maintenance is completed, we will verify the same on our servers and update this thread. Please follow this thread for further updates.
