Webmail login issue for Business Email

The issue with Webmail Login has been resolved. 

As per our server administration team, there was an internal network-related error that caused intermittent issues with our webmail logins. It was mainly caused due to connectivity issues with CloudFlare.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and the delay taken to update the post. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Monitoring

The issues with Webmail login access have now been fixed and services are operational.


We are continuously monitoring our servers to ensure that services are stable.

Investigating

We are facing intermittent login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service, due to which you might encounter an error “504 gateway timeout" while accessing your account via the Webmail interface. This will not affect the emails working on Email Clients.


Our System Administration team is currently working on fixing the issue.
