We have finished our investigation on this issue and here are the findings:
Sectigo changed the CA-bundle provided to clients 30 days before the expiration of the root. The CA bundle present in our Load Balancer was not in proper order because of which our core applications could not validate it post the update of CA bundle we did in our systems.

We are currently facing issues while accessing the Supersite. You may encounter the error message “503 Service Unavailable”.
