Unable to receive 2FA code

The intermittent issue that we were facing with 2 FA codes delivery through SMS has been fixed.

Unfortunately there was no concrete solution provided by the vendor even after multiple follow ups as there is still some uncertainty around the entire Registration process and hence we have managed to put a temp fix in place. The rare cases where the 2FA codes were not being delivered, should not happen.

Meanwhile we are also following up with the vendor for a permanent fix and the same should be applied soon, however, you should not face any disruptions going forward.

We are still facing intermittent issues with 2 Factor Authentication(2FA) SMS and we are following up with the vendor for the same.

Some details on what has happened:

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) had issued some draft guidelines to control the SMS spam from various marketing firms last year which prompted many mobile operators to invest both time and money on the latest blockchain technology. Recently, TRAI announced that it is ready with its blockchain-based DLT platform to overcome fraud and SMS spam.

Unfortunately, this was implemented on 1st June 2020 and there was no intimation about the same.

We have already started the registration process which should get completed in a couple of days, however, until then you will face intermittent issues with 2FA SMSdelivery.

We are facing intermittent issues with one of our 2 Factor Authentication(2FA) service providers due to which resellers/customers who have enabled 2-factor authentication may face issues while logging into their control panel.

We are in constant touch with the service provider, and we shall provide a timely update on the thread as soon as possible.
