Intermittent issues with Orderbox

Opened on May 30th, 2020 2:54 pm GMT, last updated May 31st, 2020 9:34 am GMT

Resolved

Our third-party service provider for website builder packages had to update the certificate chain for the endpoint that we use to connect to them to manage our orders. We have verified the changes and the packages are accessible now. We should be able to seamlessly manage these orders now.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience this may have caused. Kindly reach out to our support team if you have further queries or need further assistance.

Identified

Our development team has identified that an expired root certificate in the certificate chain was causing this issue and they have made the necessary changes. All the reported issues have been fixed now.

We are currently facing an error accessing the website builder packages. This is due to a similar issue with the expired certificate at their end. We are working with them to get this fixed at the earliest.

Investigating
We are currently facing intermittent issues with OrderBox. Due to this, you may encounter any of the following issues:

- Unable to access hosting packages from the Orderbox panel.
- We will be able to add new orders (Dedicated Servers, VPS, and CloudSites), however, it may take some time for the orders to be provisioned.
- Managing the existing orders too may give an error.

Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please watch this thread for further updates.
