The issue with the webmail logins has been resolved.
As per our server administration team, our server administration team had identified that an expired root certificate within the CA bundle chain was causing this issue and they have reinstalled the certificates with the missing details. All the reported issues have been fixed now.
For now, the logins via webmail are functional as the servers have been kept under observation for the next 24 hours.

We are facing login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service, due to which you might encounter an error “Login failed: please check your credentials." while accessing your account via the webmail interface.
