SMTP issue on our Linux Shared Servers

The email services are functional now. 

The server is currently under active monitoring so as to avoid any further downtime. 

Our senior administrators have identified the cause of the email issue as an internal service going offline. Necessary actions are being taken to get the internal service operating so as to reinstate Linux email service.
