Our system administration team has managed to fix this issue and the control panel is fully functional and accessible now.
OrderBox is now stable and functioning normally. You should be able to access the control panel and navigate through it without any issues.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing intermittent login issues while accessing the Orderbox control panel. You may encounter the error message “500: Internal Server Error”.
Our System Administration team has been alerted of this issue and is already working towards resolving it at the earliest.
