We have rectified the underlying issues causing the intermittent availability issues. We are also happy to report that all our Cloud Hosting Servers are now patched for vulnerabilities exposed by Spectre and Meltdown.

Monitoring
There has been a significant improvement in the server performance. However, we are still monitoring the boxes to ensure their stability. We shall update this thread once we have further updates.

Investigating
We are still investigating this issue. It is suspected that the upgrades applied for patching spectre and meltdown are causing the performance degradation. Our senior administrators are working on addressing this problem at the earliest. Please watch this thread for further updates.
