Our server administrators have successfully completed the data restoration on the server which has resolved the issue and the services are now up and running.

The restoration of the data in the newly added drives is still in progress. However, the complete restoration of all data is expected to take time.
We shall update this thread upon completion of the restoration.

Investigating
We are currently facing a drive failure issue on the server due to which you will face issues in accessing websites and cPanel.
Our server administration team has successfully added new drives and are now working towards restoring the data.
While we actively work toward restoring the services, we request you to watch this thread for further updates.
