Intermittent OrderBox Control Panel Login Issues

A recent code upload had to be reverted to fix this issue. Our teams have identified the code that led to configuration changes and have put additional checks in place to avoid disruption of services due to any future code upload. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

The issues with OrderBox Control Panel login have now been fixed and services are operational.

We are continuously monitoring our Servers to ensure that services are stable.

You may have experienced intermittent issues while trying to login to the OrderBox Control Panel at around 18:00 HRS IST/12:30 HRS GMT. The issue lasted until 18:20 HRS IST/12:50 HRS GMT.

Primary investigations revealed that the OrderBox Server nodes failed to restart gracefully post a configuration update. The Development Team fixed this and all nodes restarted successfully. As of now you should not face any issues while logging into the OrderBox Control Panel.
