The issue with the webmail logins has been resolved.
As per our server administration team, there was a load on our internal mail proxy and database servers which resulted in a memory leak, thereby the database server was unable to serve login requests.
For now, the logins via webmail are functional as the servers have been kept under observation for the next 24 hours.

There was a load on our database preventing us from establishing new connections.
We have identified and terminated the long running queries which were stuck to reduce the load on the servers and the services are gradually stabilizing.
Our team is currently actively monitoring the services to avoid further disruption of the services.
We are facing Webmail login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service.
You might have encountered the error “Unable to get token, is your RC link correct?" while accessing your account via the webmail interface.
You should, however, be able to access your emails via email clients.
Our System Administration team has identified the issue and are currently working on fixing the issue.
