Investigating

You might face the below error when attempting to install a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate using the Cpanel >> SSL/TLS Status >> “Run AutoSSL” option.

=====

“Let’s Encrypt™” DCV error (domain.com): The ACME function “https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-authz” indicated an error: “Error creating new authz :: too many currently pending authorizations: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/ (The request exceeds a rate limit)” (429, “Too Many Requests”, urn:acme:error:rateLimited).

=====

This has been escalated to our Server Administration Team and they are currently checking this further with the Let’s Encrypt Team.

We request you to watch this thread for further updates.
