We noticed that certain IP's from our loadbalancers were failing over to the passive ones, which caused inaccessibility issues with OrderBox. We suspected this to be either a network (attack or network gear) issue or a hardware issue causing the failover. While investigating further, we found certain aspects of our server metrics pointing towards a hardware issue. We are working internally to replace the faulty hardware and will ensure that necessary precautions are taken so as to avoid such a situation in the future.
We are currently facing issues with OrderBox causing intermittent issues while accessing the control Panel, making API calls & managing orders.
Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
