As stated previously, we experienced a brute force attack on the Login Authentication Servlet from multiple IPs, which caused the Login issue.
You should not be encountering login issues as of now. However, should you have any concerns, please feel free to connect with our support team.

The Development Team has mitigated this and things are under control. You should now be able to login to your Control Panel without any issues.
We are closely monitoring ours servers to ensure that there is no further disruption.
You may face intermittent login issues while trying to access the OrderBox Control Panel. Please note that this is not affecting all reseller accounts, however, should you face the login issue, rest assured that we are working on resolving this on priority.
