The outage had occurred due to some routing issue which led to intermittent packet loss on multiple servers at our Austin data center.
We have monitored the same for the past couple of hours as well and the issue now stands fixed.
You should now be able to check availability and register domain from the supersite without any issues.

Monitoring
The outage had occurred due to a brief network disruption with our Austin data center. Our System Admin team has resolved this issue and all affected services are currently working.
We are monitoring our services and will update this post with a detailed RCA in some time soon.

We are currently encountering network issues with our Austin Datacenter, due to which you may face intermittent issues while performing check availability and domain name registrations via the SuperSite.
Our System Admin team is already aware of the issue and efforts are ongoing to resolve it at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
