Our system administration team has completed the investigation and confirmed that this issue had occurred due to a DNSSEC lookup failure of our Nameservers. There was a DNSSEC dependency on a third-party service that had failed due to the expiry of signatures of the DNSSEC records leading to a connectivity issue.
We have taken measures to eliminate this dependency and handle this completely at our end. We regret the inconvenience this may have caused.
The outage had occurred due to a brief network disruption with our Austin data center. Our System Administration team has resolved this issue and all the affected services are currently working.
We continue to monitor our services closely and will update this post with the RCA as soon as possible.
We are currently facing issues with OrderBox causing intermittent issues while accessing the control Panel, making API calls & managing orders.
