Issues with Supersite and Control Panel

We have been constantly monitoring our services since the code changes were reverted and no issues have been reported since then.

The issue stands fixed and all the services are currently operational.

In our constant effort to make Order-box PCI compliant, we had made some changes to the supersite code which had led to the issues pertaining to check availability, new customer sign ups and customer sign in via the supersite. 

Our development team has reverted the code change and now the issue stands fixed. We have verified the changes and the services are operational again.

However, as a precautionary measure we continue to monitor our services to ensure we handle any further issues effectively.

1. Unable to Sign Up via the Supersite
2. Check availability wherein the clients will not be able to search for the availability of new domain names
3. The Sign-In process from the control panel as well as the Supersite URL

Our Development Team is involved in fixing this issue and we will update this thread as soon as possible.
