EC-103 Errors While Accessing Our Managed DNS Service

This issue is now resolved. Cloning the backup of our crashed database to new instance helped in the recovery.

Identified

We have identified the issue and can confirm that our primary postgres database has crashed.


We are in the process of recovering the database and as an immediate measure, we are also trying to set up a new database by cloning the backup of our primary database.

Investigating

Issue:

We are currently facing database issues with our Managed DNS Servers because of which when you click on Manage DNS, you might encounter the following error :



Impact:

Resolution of domains using OrderBox Name Servers will not be affected, however, you will face issues accessing the Manage DNS panel for all domains using the DNS Service provided by OrderBox. As a result, you will not be able to currently add/modify DNS records.


Resolution:

The Development Team has already been alerted and work is underway to get this issue resolved at the earliest. We will post updates as and when we have more information handy.


Rest assured, this issue is being addressed on priority.
